2/29 St. Paul beats Oilers 9-2
Once again the Oilers where right in the game going into
the 5th with the score 2-1. St. Paul scored 4 runs with
2 outs to take a convincing 6-1 lead. Daniel Contreras
had 2 hits and Jose Morales had am rbi double.
2/27 Oilers get first win of the year vs. Cerritos
Silvester Sanchez and Josh Flores pitched the Oilers to a
2-1 win. Tonatio Monroy had Silver had an rbi each.
2/25 Oilers get shut out by Tesosro 4-0
Jaime Martinez pitched into the 6th inning with the score 0-0,
but the Oilers struggled defensively and a key hit b yTesoro
put them up 2-0. Tesoro scored 2 more runs in the 7th.
2/24 Oiler fall to Paramount in season opener.
The Oilers hung in there going into the 5th with the score 3-3.
However the Pirates scored 9 un-answered runs.
